Currently Obsessing Over (Again). Final Fantasy VII is possibly one of the Top 10 things in my life that I can truly label as unforgettable. Not only was it the first RPG that I ever played to completion but it was the first game that made me appreciate the ability for a videogame to be a viable medium to portray an actual mind bending story. Even more intriguing was when years later the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII was announced and actually brought into fruition,  exploding the game’s world/timeline in all directions and various forms including: films, animations, games on multiple different platforms and books, such as On the Way to a Smile. The detail and care that was taken in creating such a complex story/world is nothing less than awe inspiring and still captivates me to this day.
